Course of Studies
The program begins with a two-week visit to the campus of the University of West Florida in Pensacola, where the first three courses are begun. They are completed in the following months at the University of Applied Sciences Ludwigshafen.
The further program of studies is structured so that each individual course is completed over a period of two months. On-campus lectures for each respective course always take place during two weekends per month (Friday from 17.00-21.00; Saturday from 9.00-17.00) at the Transatlantic Institute of the University of Applied Sciences Ludwigshafen am Rhein.
A detailed syllabus will be provided for each course. It enables participants to prepare for on-campus classes and course assignments (for example, presentations, case studies, group work, company projects, etc.).
After 18 months, the course in “Strategic Management and Policy Formation” concludes the program. Directly afterwards, students take part in the graduation ceremony on the campus of the University of West Florida in Pensacola.
Program faculty members are professors from accredited and internationally recognized universities, predominantly from the United States. In order to prepare students for managerial and leadership roles, lecturers are held exclusively in English. During on-campus course work, students not only gain new knowledge and advance their language skills, but also benefit from working together with people from different cultures.
