E-mail notification

We will inform you automatically and free of charge by e-mail to your e-mail address stored in our library system,

• when items you have reserved or ordered via interlibrary loan have arrived and can be picked up at , and
• when the loan period of an item you have borrowed expires in the next few days.

Our notifications tell you at which of our locations an item is ready for you to pick up or return.

Please note that our advance reminders of the upcoming return due date of borrowed media are an additional service on the part of the library and that there is no (legal) claim to the reminder of the end of the loan period. - You must therefore return media on time at the end of the loan period even if you do not receive a "reminder e-mail" (e.g. due to technical malfunctions).
